fundraising to accelerate the development of our decentralized social media applications. DS will support the
development of the project through cryptocurrency fundraising and provide a secure, transparent, and well-motivated
platform for all users.
Project Brief Introduction
DS Project is an innovative video social platform based on blockchain technology. Users can not only post videos and
interact with each other, but also get additional income through the reward system of DSC (Decentralized Social media coin).
DSC can be used to recommend videos, reward others, and even enable free circulation between users, further enhancing social
interaction.
Fundraising Objectives
• Target amount: 275,000ETH
• Token distribution ratio: 10% (100 million) of the total DSC (1 billion) will be used for the first crowdsale, and the
rest will be used for subsequent ecological incentives and development budgets.
• Offering currency: ETH (Ethereum).
Fundraising Method:
The fundraising sub-plan of the DS project is the first angel investor fundraising and the second full fundraising.
According to the DS project whitepaper token distribution plan, 20% of the initial issuance of 100 million DSC tokens
will be used as the fundraising reward. The initial fundraising target is 25,000 ETH (Ethereum), while stocks last.
The target of the secondary fundraising is 250,000 ETH (Ethereum). The initial fundraising plays a crucial role in
the promotion of the DS project, and the DSC token rewards will be distributed according to the following rules:
1. All angel investors who participate in the initial fundraising will be rewarded with an equal share of
10% (10 million) of the initial issuance of 100 million DSC tokens according to the amount of donations.
That is, for every 1 ETH donated, you will get 400 DSC. At the same time, all angel investors who participate
in the initial fundraising will also enjoy exclusive rewards after the launch of the DS project according to the
cumulative amount of donations (see "Additional Reward Rules for Angel Investors" for details).
2. All investors participating in the secondary fundraising will share the other 10% (10 million) equally according
to the amount of donations. That is, for every 1 ETH donated, you will receive 40 DSC.
Since DSC is designed to specify the indivisibility of DSCs, the minimum unit of DSC is 1.
The minimum amount of donation is 0.025 ETH. All less than 0.025 ETH Donations are considered
gratuitous donations and will not be eligible for any rewards.
In order to ensure that the rewards of the angel investor program are distributed evenly. All investors participating in the
Initial Angel Investor Program are limited to 500 ETH. All donations with less than 0.025 ETH and more than 500 ETH are considered
as the first free donation. The first unpaid donation will not be rewarded by the Angel Investor Program. The first unpaid donation
will not be counted in the Initial Angel Investor Program. The amount of ETH donated for the first time will be counted in the secondary
fundraising plan. The secondary fundraising plan will be automatically stopped when the target is reached. If the amount of ETH donated for
free for the first time is less than 0.025, no rewards will be awarded, and the part with a total of more than 500 ETH will be rewarded by the
corresponding secondary fundraising plan.
Angel Investor Bonus Rules (Applicable to all first-time Angel Investor Program participants)

The above rewards are unique to the DS project. After the DS project is officially launched, the above rewards will not be available through any channel.
The DS project is a decentralized project, and there will be no centralized management center after the project is launched. All investors who participate
in the Angel Investor Program will automatically receive corresponding rewards when the project is launched. Digital badges, membership and discounts are
written into smart contracts using blockchain technology. Users who are not enrolled in the Angel Investor Program can only purchase a time-limited membership
by consuming DSC. The discount reward will be written into a one-time smart contract before the project is launched to ensure that the investor's reward is unique.
Since the DS project is a decentralized project, it will not be able to launch any discount activities after the DS project is launched. All membership privileges
will also be written into the smart contract in advance before the project is launched, ensuring the unique mechanism of members. It is also not possible to change
or add any membership privileges after the program is live. Physical rewards will also have corresponding electronic certificates, and electronic certificates will
also be realized through blockchain technology. As a result, all rewards are unique and cannot be replicated. The rewards are written into a one-time smart contract
to ensure that only investors who participate in the Angel Investor Program can enjoy the above rewards.
All investors who participate in the Angel Investor Program can not only enjoy DSC token rewards, but also receive corresponding additional rewards according to the
above rules after the DS project is launched. The electronic version, platform members and discounts will be automatically distributed to each angel investor after the
DS project is launched. In-kind rewards will be mailed to investors after the DS project is launched. The above rewards are independent rewards, and all investors can enjoy
all the rewards under the cumulative donation limit (i.e., investors who donate a total of 500 ETH will receive all the above 5 rewards).
